Terms of Service

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, located in the United States, provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for members they invite and permissions they grant.

Cards and customer content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Southern Imprint a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, resize, display, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve SIDigiCards. You must have permission to use every name, logo, image, contact detail, link, and other item you publish.

Published cards are public. You are responsible for their accuracy and for avoiding misleading affiliations or disclosures of another person's information without authority.

Plans, payments, and renewal

SIDigiCards offers Free, Professional, and Business plans. Paid monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Stripe processes payments. Prices, taxes, plan limits, team seats, trials, complimentary access, billing review, proration, and scheduled changes are governed by the Billing & Refund Policy and the current checkout disclosure.

Business subscriptions belong to the workspace, require at least three purchased seats, and are centrally managed by an authorized workspace billing administrator. Paid access changes only after authoritative billing synchronization.

Cancellation, suspension, and deletion

Supported cancellation and billing actions are available through the Subscription Center and Stripe Customer Portal. Access ordinarily continues through the paid period after cancellation. Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation and must currently be requested through Settings or email.

We may remove content, unpublish cards, restrict features, suspend, or terminate access for violations, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material harm to the service or others.

Service and third parties

We may change or maintain the service and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Integrations and infrastructure operated by Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, Netlify, and linked third-party sites are also governed by their providers.

Southern Imprint property and feedback

Southern Imprint owns SIDigiCards software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and original service content, excluding customer content. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, without identifying you publicly without permission.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, SIDigiCards is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated here. Southern Imprint is not responsible for customer content, recipient actions, third-party sites, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable and does not exclude liability that law does not permit us to exclude.

You agree to defend and indemnify Southern Imprint against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, content, infringement, or material breach, to the extent permitted by law. These provisions should be read narrowly and fairly.

General terms

Mississippi law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in state or federal courts serving Copiah County, Mississippi. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. You may not assign these Terms without consent; Southern Imprint may assign them with the service. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning SIDigiCards.

We may update these Terms prospectively with reasonable notice for material changes. Questions may be sent to sidigicards@gmail.com.
