Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited conduct

• Illegal use, fraud, phishing, credential theft, impersonation, or misleading affiliation.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, malware, malicious redirects, or harmful QR destinations.
• Harassment, threats, hate, abusive conduct, sexual exploitation, or any content exploiting or endangering minors.
• Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations, including publishing personal information without authority.
• Circumventing plan, publication, seat, storage, security, authentication, rate-limit, or authorization controls.
• Abusing analytics or public endpoints, disruptive automation, scraping, interference, or reverse engineering where restriction is lawful.
• Activity that damages SIDigiCards, Southern Imprint, service providers, customers, recipients, or the public.

Enforcement

We may investigate reports, preserve relevant evidence, remove content, unpublish cards, restrict functionality, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests. Responses will consider severity, risk, context, and repeat behavior where practical.

Report abuse

Report suspected abuse with the card URL and relevant details to sidigicards@gmail.com. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card data.
