Copyright and Content Policy

Ownership and license

You retain ownership of submitted content and grant only the limited hosting, processing, resizing, display, transmission, and backup license needed to provide SIDigiCards. You must possess the rights and permissions necessary for all names, logos, images, copy, and other content you use.

Southern Imprint materials

Southern Imprint owns SIDigiCards branding, software, interfaces, original content, and documentation. No license is granted except the limited right to use the service under the Terms.

Copyright complaints

A complaint should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing card or content and its URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove or disable disputed content and notify the customer. Where appropriate, a customer may provide a legally sufficient counter-notice. We may terminate repeat infringers. Southern Imprint has not represented that it has registered a designated DMCA agent.
